BEST books with practical tips on how to change our habits

Finger turning bad and good text on wooden blocks. Good and bad habit concept.

On this page, we list a very short list of what we think are the BEST books with practical tips on how to change our habits to be healthier and happier.

Here are a few of my favorite quotes about habits:

About how important habits are

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit” ―Will Durant (describing Aristotle’s ideas on this topic).

About changing habits

“A habit cannot be tossed out the window; it must be coaxed down the stairs a step at a time” ―Mark Twain

Below are some books that I can guarantee are full of “simple and practical” strategies for changing our habits.

BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits is better. He’s a Stanford researcher that researches habits. The others are good too.
