Yoga is an ancient practice of Indian origin that has become popular the world over for its physical and mental benefits. Warning! Like other forms of physical activity, can lead to harm if practice incorrectly or by persons who have a medical condition that may be exacerbated by certain physical activities. Those practicing yoga should do so under the guidance of a trained yoga teacher and, if they have any medical conditions or concerns, should consult their physician
