What if a tremor is either unilateral or asymmetrical?

Question from a Member: 34-year-old client diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder who started to develop left-hand tremors and I am not certain if this could be from haloperidol, divalproex, or both. No other abnormal body movements. No new non-psychiatric medications or supplements/over-the-counter medications were started shortly before the symptoms became noticeable.
