There are two common reasons for subscriber email to be deleted from our daily email list.
1. Daily email sent to the subscriber is rejected by the subscriber’s email service provider (bounced email).
2. Subscriber accidentally unsubscribes from the daily email list.
If any one of the above takes place, due to anti-spam regulations email address can’t be simply added back to the email list. In that case, subscriber needs to do one of the following to restart daily emails:
1. Give another email address to customer service at email@example.com for adding to the email list.
2. If the subscriber absolutely doesn’t want to give us another email address, then anti-spam laws require that s/he request to be reinstated. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line “Restore email address to a campaign” and body text “Please restore my email address email@example.com to 365psychopharmtips campaign”. Please send this email from email address that you want reinstated and copy (CC) this email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
