Naltrexone-bupropion combination (Contrave®) in a person on clomipramine

New patient with severe OCD stable on clomipramine 100 mg and aripiprazole (brand name Abilify) 15 mg. He would ultimately like to reduce these medications but previous attempts to do so have proven unsuccessful.
