Bounce List

I have not received emails for a few days and my emails are not in the spam folder. What should I do next?

Your email address may have been removed from our email list and placed in the bounce list. Email addresses are placed in the bounce list when there is a permanent delivery failure for any message. Please contact customer service with another email address for adding to the daily email list.

I have only one email address. Can’t you simply add the same email address to the list?

Short answer is no. Due to strict anti-spam regulations, we are not allowed to add any email address that has been previously removed from our email list and added to the bounce list.

However, if you still want to keep the same email address, you can do the following:

Send an email to gr-support@cs.getresponse.com with subject line “Restore email address to a campaign” and body text “Please restore my email address xxxxxxx@xxxxx.com to 365psychopharmtips campaign”. Please send this email from the email address that you want restored (or removed from the bounce list). You will receive an email back within few days to reconfirm that you want your email address to be removed from the bounce list. Please follow the steps in that email and your email address will be restored again.

Once I am added again to the daily email list, is there anything else I need to do?

Yes, it is recommended that you add simple@simpleandpractical.com to the safe senders list. For more information, please click the link under Related Pages below.
