I have not received emails for a few days and my emails are not in the spam folder. What should I do next?
Your email address may have been removed from our email list and placed in the bounce list. Email addresses are placed in the bounce list when there is a permanent delivery failure for any message. Please contact customer service with another email address for adding to the daily email list.
I have only one email address. Can’t you simply add the same email address to the list?
Short answer is no. Due to strict anti-spam regulations, we are not allowed to add any email address that has been previously removed from our email list and added to the bounce list.
However, if you still want to keep the same email address, you can do the following:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once I am added again to the daily email list, is there anything else I need to do?
