How should antidepressant-induced mania or hypomania be managed?

Question from a Member: I’m wondering what the best practices are around managing a patient with no history of mania or depression who has an episode of SSRI-induced mania? The patient became euthymic after about 12 days on a full dose of divalproex  and moderate doses of risperidone and lorazepam. He’s continued to be euthymic…
