While mindfulness practices are helpful for a variety of conditions, it is surprising that they are not very widely used for persons with attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD or ADD). The author, a pioneer in the use of mindfulness practice for ADHD, provides a PRACTICAL guide that walks the reader through a variety of practices. It progress step-by-step, week-by-week. In my opinion, this book should be very helpful to a broad range of persons suffering from problems with inattention and distractibility, both those suffer from ADHD and others.
