A wonderful TED talk by Andy Puddicombe in which he explains in less than ten minutes why we need to take a few minutes every day to be mindful and clarifies what meditation is and what it isn’t.
Make sure to watch it all the way–the second half of the talk is particularly excellent. He uses juggling to make his points.
