Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology-Self Report (QIDS-SR)

QIDS-SR is a self-rated scale for severity of depression. Non-commercial users can download for free after registration.

The Scale

Interpretation of severity of depression based on total score on the QIDS-SR:

0 to 5 = None

6 to 10 = Mild

11 to 15 = Moderate

16 to 20 = Severe

21 to 27 =Very Severe
