Three dual orexin receptor antagonists (DORAs)—daridorexant, lemborexant, and suvorexant—are FDA-approved as hypnotics. They are not my top choice among the options for hypnotic medications, but when we do want to prescribe one of the DORAs, which one should we prescribe? How do we choose among them?
