
Too many people are dealing with the loss of their loved ones and for some of them coping with grief and healing can be a challenge.
The grief that people are struggling with can also be in the form of the “loss” of what we have come to think of as normalcy. Many are dealing with the separation from loved ones, divorce, financial loss, and so on.
For persons struggling with grief of different kinds, in addition to receiving individual and/or group psychotherapy, are there any books that may also help? Two specific books were recommended to us as being excellent.
