Give all these instructions while prescribing zolpidem

In busy clinical practices, we have very limited time. One way to overcome this limitation is to standardize—where this is clinically appropriate— what we do, say, and document.

For example, I prescribed zolpidem to a young woman today due to disabling insomnia caused by significant stressful life events. What instructions would you give—and document that you did so—while prescribing zolpidem?
