TCAs other than clomipramine for OCD?

Question from a Member: There is a shortage of clomipramine in my area at this time. I am wondering what is the closest alternative (TCA?) to manage OCD. The patient is also on sertraline already and has done well with this combination. Other tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) for OCD? Imipramine? One small clinical trial in patients…
