High-dose SSRIs for panic disorder?

Question from a Member: If SSRI  (sertraline) at maximum dosage is not fully effective, what would be your next step pharmacology-wise? CBT will be added. Would you push sertraline to 250mg or higher? Answer: No, I don’t suggest increasing sertraline to more than 200 mg. Increasing to high doses is recommended for OCD but not for panic…
