Which products for extremely dry hands due to repeated hand washing?

I recently evaluated a patient with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) whose main symptom was that she felt compelled to repeatedly wash her hands throughout the day. As I was talking to her, she was applying lotion to her hands intermittently and rubbing them. She explained that due to repeated handwashing in response to the obsessions, her hands had become very dry and itchy.
