Risky to add aripiprazole for antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia?

Question from a Member (emphasis added by us): My understanding is that the ABC [aripiprazole-brexpiprazole-cariprazine] antipsychotic medications bind more strongly to the dopamine receptors than any other antipsychotic medication used in combination with them, which is, therefore, displaced and essentially inactive.
