Can generic dextromethorphan and bupropion be used instead of the brand name combination?

Question from a Member: I would be interested to know your thoughts on Auvelity™. Also, are there any good reasons this drug couldn’t be re-created generically? The recommended dosing is 45 mg dextromethorphan/ 105 mg bupropion twice daily. It seems like it would be easy to simply prescribe bupropion IR 100 mg tabs twice daily…
