Important! There are THREE places where your email address is needed (see below). If you want to change your email address, you can change it at any one, two, or three of these places.
You can update your email address by doing the following:
1. For accessing our website (simpleandpractical.com): To change the email address you use to log into the website, please FIRST log into your account on our website using your existing login information. This MUST be done first. Next, click the “MY ACCOUNT” link from the menu bar at the top to open the “Membership Account” page, and then click “Edit Profile.”
2. For receiving the daily email: To change the email address at which you receive our daily emails, please go to the bottom of the last daily email that you received. We send the daily emails out every single day at 6 am EST. At the bottom of the daily email that you received, please click on “Change your contact details.” Alternatively, you may request changing the email address for daily emails by emailing us at customerservice@simpleandpractical.com.
3. For receiving billing-related information and reminders: To change the email address at which you receive our daily emails, please send that request to us in an email to customerservice@simpleandpractical.com, and we will make that change at our end.
We also request that if you change your email address for either accessing our website or for receiving our daily emails, please also let us know by emailing us at customerservice@simpleandpractical.com to let us know that you have done so. This is so that we can double-check that your email address has, in fact, been changed as you had intended.
