Excellent book with very specific and very practical guidance in how to practice various mindfulness-based meditations. The comments are directed at persons with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder BUT the practices are suitable for anyone. I don’t see any reason why this book is not highly suitable for anyone wanting to practice mindfulness meditation.
The book is written in a simple and clear style. It walks the reader through the exact steps of practicing the meditation. The reader is encouraged to start with simple and brief practice, and then progress gradually.
