Alcohol-free mouthwash options for patients on disulfiram or with a dry mouth

Using a mouthwash—along with brushing one’s teeth and flossing—can lead to several benefits. But, many brands of mouthwash contain alcohol—in up to about 25% concentration, or more! Some people should NOT use mouthwash that contains alcohol.  Which patients are these? And what specific recommendations should we make to them?
